1 General Introduction and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jazzbuzz platform and all services operated under it. When you access this website, register an account, or begin using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

jazzbuzz services are only for individuals aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using any service on this platform. We reserve the right to verify age, and if information provided is found to be false, the relevant account will be closed.

jazzbuzz may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on jazzbuzz, each user must provide accurate and complete information. It is the user's responsibility to keep the information provided at registration up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each individual may open only one account.
Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone else.
The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jazzbuzz may at any time request documents to verify a user's identity, age, or payment method. Withdrawals, bonuses, or other services may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. National ID cards, passports, or other government-issued documents are accepted. We reserve the right to close an account if the user does not cooperate with the verification process.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Terms

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jazzbuzz is ৳200. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can be used to add funds to the platform. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank are supported.

Deposits typically take a few minutes to complete.
If the information provided at the time of deposit cannot be verified, the deposit may be held.
Deposits must always be made from the user's own payment method; third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Withdrawals are not possible until the wagering requirements attached to any bonus have been met.
Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the case of suspicious activity.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

jazzbuzz's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to be eligible for the bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 and receiving a ৳2,000 bonus gives a balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering required would be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

4.1 Bonus Usage Terms

Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; this applies only after the wagering requirements have been met.
All slots and designated games count towards meeting the wagering requirements.
jazzbuzz reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspicious betting patterns.
No amount from the bonus balance may be transferred to another account.

4.2 VIP Program

The jazzbuzz VIP program has three levels: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Cashback is applied at the set rate on weekly net losses. Progression to higher levels depends on the user's activity on the platform.

Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on jazzbuzz are governed by these Terms and the individual rules of each game. The rules and RTP information for each game are stated on the relevant game page.

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set separately for each game.
When using a bonus balance, bet limits may be determined by the terms of the relevant bonus.
jazzbuzz reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for any user as needed.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a server error, disconnection, or other technical issue, jazzbuzz may void that round and refund the amount deposited. Any unusual winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error will be voided.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Using bots, scripts, or automation software to play games is prohibited.
Any form of coordinated fraud or collusive betting with other users is prohibited.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.

6 Responsible Gaming

jazzbuzz believes gaming should be a form of entertainment and should not cause financial or mental harm to any user. To this end, we follow responsible gaming principles and provide support to users.

Users can set their own deposit limits.
The option to temporarily pause an account is available.
Permanent self-exclusion is available if needed.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

jazzbuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Registering with incorrect or false information.
Engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Refusing identity verification or failing to submit documents.
If account closure is required by court order or regulatory authority.

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned before account closure, however we also reserve the right to forfeit the balance in cases of Terms violations.

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

Any user who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact our support team. All bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and any remaining valid balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability

jazzbuzz will not be liable for losses arising from the following:

jazzbuzz always strives to maintain service quality and is committed to resolving any issues promptly. However, our liability is limited in cases of problems caused by external factors.

11 Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the jazzbuzz platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is protected by copyright law. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any element of the platform for commercial purposes.

Ownership of game software and content is reserved by the respective game developers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and other providers. Use of this software is permitted solely for the purpose of using services on the jazzbuzz platform.

12 Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

12.1 Notice of Changes

jazzbuzz may partially or fully update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email or posted on the platform. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms are published will be considered consent to the new Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The invalidity of one provision does not void the entire Terms.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between jazzbuzz and the user, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings. These Terms apply to all services offered by jazzbuzz.
